Job Description:

• Analysis on Denials of Claims with resolution on reprocessing claims with insurance
• Should be able to convince the Insurance company for payment of their outstanding claims
• Interacting with US based Insurance company
• Call to the insurance companies responsible for the outstanding balances on patient accounts from the aging reports.
• Manage A/R accounts
• Resolve billing issues that have resulted in delay in payment.
• Establish and maintain excellent working relationship with internal and external clients.
• Escalate difficult collection situations to management in a timely manner.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Desired Skills:

1. Education: Any Graduate
2. Looking for the candidate from AR Caller / Analyst background 6months – 3yrs of relevant work experience.
3. Should have experience in US Healthcare industry.
4. Good analytical skills.
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Willing to work in night shifts
