JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Key Result Areas:
•Work in conjunction with the other team members in the gathering of the detailed reporting requirements
•Understanding and customization of the tools used for the various processes
•Understand business process needs and develop process workflows
•Act as a liaison between various team members, both internal and external
•Assist in the development of overall process scope, including feature set and functionality
•Report development and sharing with the management based on the business needs

•Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access

•Basic understanding of SQL (Oracle/Sybase/MS-SQL) and Visual Basic
•Good communication skills
