• Assisting  International Clients on email support, research, outlook, chat, calender management,
• working on MS office skill (expert in excel, word, powerpoint)
• Taking Inboud outbound  calls, Semi voice process
• Ready to work in Night Shift (Preferably)

Desired Skills:

1. Should have been studied in English Medium School- ICSE, CBSE,
2. Excellent English communication both written and verbal
3. Experience working with international clients, inboud outbound voice process, cold calling
4. Night shift is mandatory
5. Good at MS office skill (Excel, word, PPT, Research, Outlook)
6. Experience  working with KPO, BPO, Call center , ITES
7. Should be Smart and presentable
