Position: Customer Care Executive (Voice)
Working within a fast paced Outbound Call Center
Using your excellent communication and questioning skills to identify and qualify leads
You will need to be able to work well under pressure in order to get the job done and reach targets to achieve bonus and contribute to the team's success
You should be comfortable working as part of a team but have confidence to be self-organized and have the ability to use your own initiative.
INTERNATIONAL BPO-
ELEGIBILITY- EXCELLENT FLUENCY IN ENGLISH.
DOMESTIC BPO-
ELEGIBILTY- GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL.

Responsibilities:
Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
Freshers or experience in Customer Support Voice Process.
Inbound/Outbound Customer Calls
