Interface with hardware/software engineers to provide permanent solution.
Provide all type of technical support to the users as per the Policy.
Installation of Antivirus / Firewall / and Software.
Installation, configure dialup internet connection.
Monitoring and deployment of Antivirus on all desktops.
Maintain User Profile & standard desktop settings (Icons, Wall paper, Screen Saver, Virus guard & update).
Maintained daily, weekly back-ups and restore of data.
Configure of outlook data & outlook profile in windows 2003.
