Manage front counter end customer interface, partner interaction for warranty, RMA case handling, back-office documentation; front office documentation, buffer stock responsibility, case logging, tracking, closure, support sales/partner in Chennai / Pondicherry and up-country.
Manage All-India Spares addition of new SKU's/ Customer creation for RMA transactions
Manage Chennai Branch stocks of 1M & BPI (location 19). — timely dispatch of material to branches / vendors, receiving stocks from branches / vendors,
Manage All-India impulse entry of RMA branches IRST and its reco
