• Should be aware of complete test life cycle in terms of functionality testing/regression testing/sanity testing.
• Test case design & execution; 
• should have worked on Regression Testing,functinal testing
• Web application testing, install-able desktop application testing
• If the person has any prior development experience or scripting in Selenium it would be great.
• Should have good communication skills
