Ensures the issues are promptly addressed, documented and resolved within SLA.
To provide support for installing and troubleshooting all TCL applications.
To support & install approved Microsoft applications like Ms Office, MS Visio & MS Project & other licensed software's.
To resolve virus related issues remotely and to update the DAT version & windows patches.
To support all types of VPN related issues.
To support all types of Outlook related issues.
To configure printers, scanner s & other accessories.
To provide first level support for Network & FTP related Issues.
To support configuring Blackberry devices.
To provide first level support for Hardware issues.
First level support for MS operating system related issues.
