Job Description

CAST India seeks a R&D Technical Writer to maintain the CAST Technical Knowledge Base (documentation and troubleshooting user guides on CAST Products) and provides some technical assistance for CAST international customer queries (financial institutions, industrial companies, public administration).

Based in Bangalore and integrated with the French R&D department, you will be responsible to update and optimize the CAST Support Technical Knowledge Base.

You will integrate the new problems faced by our customers when using our Solution, integrate their questions and their needs in documentation. You will be responsible to make the Technical Knowledge Base attractive and easy to use by our custumers as well as internally.

You will work closely with our clients as well as with our CAST consultants who are in charge of accompanying them in the implementation of our solution.

Since our products are about analyzing source code written in many different technologies such as : .NET, JEE, C++, Mainframe, PLSQL, ABAP, …this is a good opportunity for you to increase your general technical background.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Ideally, the successful candidate will have at least two years' experience as technical writer.
• An exprience in SQL is required : reading and writting SQL queries to understand the analysis results made by CAST products.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• A first experience in technical support is appreciated
• Qualification: B.E, B.Tech, MCA or equivalent, or any graduate
