URGENT REQ FOR ASP.NET CANDIDATE FOR Position – Senior Software Engineer

Experience – Minimum 2 yrs

CTC – As per industry norms

Job Profile :

• Should have the knowledge of ASP .net 4.0, JQuery, JavaScript, Sql, and must have one project on MVC / ERP

• Have experience of working with third party controls like Telerik RAD controls.

• Work together with team leads to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines.

• Track and report the status of projects on various teams, acting as a gateway through which work should be assigned to appropriate teams while ensuring that project scope is adequately defined

• Experience of International Projects with client interaction.

• Be able to excel in idea generation, evaluation, and prioritization, customer and partner engagement, cross-functional technical program management

• Strong conceptual and planning skills.

• Good Communication (verbal and written), time management skills, fast learner, self motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.
