Responsibilities:

•  Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to comfortably communicate and operate with senior level business professionals
•  Excellent English communication skills
•  Years of Experience: 0 – 1 years of experience
•  Qualification: Any Graduate and possibly intern
•  Exceptional organizational skills, with a focus and attention to detail, and a passion for extreme service delivery & customer experience
•  Positive attitude, solution oriented
•  Ability to multi-task in a challenging and high-energy environment
•  Interest in, or knowledge of HR/Recruitment functions a distinct advantage
•  Knowledge of recruitment or strong will to learn
•  Excellent MS Office skills
•  Own and drive all logistical, operational and administrative actions within Kenexa’s RPO Service Delivery.

Required:

•  Bachelor’s Degree  
•  At least 1 year experience in Good at excel   
•  At least 1 year experience in Has backend operations experience   
•  At least 1 year experience in Data management experience   
•  English: Fluent

Preferred:

•  Master’s Degree in Business/Management  
•  At least 2 years experience in Good at excel   
•  At least 2 years experience in Has backend operations experience   
•  At least 2 years experience in Data management experience
