Job Description:

1. Participate in activities of the SW and Global Service / ISV Business Advisor Communities to enhance the business environment through sharing of best practices, recommendations for systems enhancements, business process improvements, and other relevant initiatives.
2. Facilitate and manage the Service / ISV integration and interdependencies across investment programs and other relevant initiatives and programs.
3. Coordinate the Service / ISV Spring and Fall Planning process to ensure that GBS investments support Service / ISV plans and GBS growth and profit targets.
4. Manage and participate in ad-hoc business area and executive level projects.
5. Develop leadership/executive presentations and reports.
6. Partner with Marketing and MI to maintain Service / ISV awareness of competitive landscape and business activities to provide forward-looking observations and recommendations on practice direction.
