Taste
You’re expected to be able to differentiate between what is good and bad. You should write elegant code. You’ll be fired if you don’t indent your code properly. We are serious. Good code is poetry.
Exposure
It is OK if you haven’t dabbled in the latest MV* JS framework out there or non-relational databases but it is kinda important that you know what these things are.
