Key Responsibilities:
· To study and analyze received customer enquiries and seek clarifications from other relevant department , in case of technical queries.
· To propose a product the best suited to customer's need in consultation with relevant departments.
· To prepare systematic, error free & timely costing sheets, techno commercial offers, and technical datasheets as per customer's requirements refereeing to company's standards.
· To resolve the technical & commercial queries raised by customers.
· To assist the sales manager during the order finalization.
· To prepare accurate work order schedule & technical requirements sheet for smooth execution of work.
· To resolve critical issues raised during order execution.
· To review LOI critically & PO received from customer and seek clarification if any.
· Ensure approval of relevant documents in code A.
· To maintain MIS of received enquiries and offer submitted.
· To act as department representative in VSM and ISO, and other applicable standards' Audits.
Person Specification:
The incumbent should be BE / Diploma with 1 to 5 / 4 to 8 Years experience in industry. Should have knowledge of applicable standards & customer specifications.
