1 to 2 years in Data Mining, Data Analysis or Database Marketing experience

Successful candidates must have a strong interest in database marketing and enjoy data manipulation and production
High level of data literacy (essential)
Good in data analytics,visualization and predictive modelling
Strong understanding of relational databases (essential)
Good command of written and spoken English is essential to understand the intricacies of the campaign brief
Clear understanding of the Marketing process, including an understanding of specialist direct marketing techniques such as split cell testing, targeting, predictive modelling, response capture and inference
