Experience :

·  Minimum of 1 year and Maximum of not more than 2 years of experience with IT industry at the time of applying for this position

· Hands on exposure from either Application Development or IT Operations background

· Experience in Development, Business Analysis, Production support, Testing

·  Candidates should possess some level of business acumen, automotive preferable

·  Candidate should have a firm understanding and experience with structured software development methodologies

·  Good to have knowledge in specifying functionality, requirement gathering, analysis, technical design, coding and testing

·  Skill set – J2EE, Microsoft, Oracle & Mainframe

·  Capable of handling End to End responsibilities for assigned task / activity.

·  Passion to learn new technologies and someone who can work independently

·  Good communication skills – Oral/Written

·  Good Team player and Flexibility

·  Must possess excellent analytical and logical skills

·  Should have positive attitude to learn, ask question, receive feedbackWilling to work in shift operations
