Job Description

Candidates with Real Estate Recruitment experience will be preferred.

Advanced Excel Knowledge. Prepares Letter of Offer of selected candidates.

Conducts interviews up to Executive levels and co-ordinate interviews with the respective managers.

Co-ordinate for orientation program to new employees.

Execute recruiting plans.

Networking through industry contacts, association memberships and employees.

Administrative duties and record keeping, recruitment tracker, daily call tracker etc

Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

Utilize the Internet for recruitment. & post positions to appropriate Internet sources.

Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.

Conduct pre screening interviews. Performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
