* Strong programming or scripting skills (Java, Perl, Python, Ruby)
* Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Watir, Silk Test, Win Runner)
* Understanding of Java-based web architecture
* Experience with web load testing and stress testing methodology and tools
* Previous experience working in an Agile environment
* Fundamental knowledge of Linux/Unix Systems
