To do the issuance and servicing of policies related to channel partners
To handle inwarding, pendencies and banking of policies
Reconciliation of money received and policies issued
To handle query management
To handle Customer service issues & escalations
Liasioning with Customers (Internal or External)
To handle the escalation issues and maintain service levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in excel is must.
Coordination and management of audits (both internal and External)
Timely banking of Cash and Cheques and Performing Banking reconciliations and controls
Handling customer issues (Both internal and External) to ensure customer delight.
Timely processing of files and ensure the quality of processing
