Assist Regional Applications Administrator in providing business solutions including software and applications to meet internal customers' requirements
Develop and/or Manage the business applications for internal customers
Manage the applications development process including vendor selection, negotiation, managing and maintenance, and progress monitoring
Participate and support other IT related projects such as ERP and Group-wide initiatives
Support the regional end-users, play an advisory role for applications related BU matters, and work with the Group IT to bring alignment and cooperation
Work with Regional Systems team to ensure application platform compatibility and requirements are met and be a back-up for core daily IT operations.

Third party developed application management and support
Assist in selecting, negotiating and managing the vendor
Ensure the third party application requirements and compatibility to existing IT infrastructure in terms of data, security and hardware resources. Document and track application customization and implementation for future reference

BU IT Support
Play an advisory role and provide regional support across Asia in reviewing BU application set-up and management practice
Share information and knowledge to enhance the BU IT staff's capabilities and build teamwork across Asia
Other IT Related Matters
Provide end-user support and back-up for core daily IT operations
Participate and support other IT related projects such as ERP and Group-wide initiatives
