Understand customers specific lifestyle needs, sense of style and desires, and accordingly provide them expert advice on what to shop
Provide customers expert advise on the right style and right size in apparel/ lingerie based on their body type
Consult customers for season ‘must haves’ and latest fashion trends
Be familiar with all the merchandise and possess solid knowledge about the different brands, materials and selections to be found in on the website to help your shoppers search for the right product from the whole plethora available on the website
Cultivate long lasting relationships with shoppers and build a client base of loyal shoppers who make frequent purchases
Turn incoming sales and styling inquiries through chat into tangible sales
