# Good Subject knowledge
# Basic knowledge on Auto-cad
# Drafting, Editing
# Verification of client inputs
# Review on sample documents taken from earlier project

Terms and conditions of Employment :
# 3 years service agreement
# Rs.1, 00,000 bank guarantee
# Starting compensation is 13,000 per month and there will be an auto hike of Rs.2,000 per month after six months.
# They will fall into regular annual appraisal cycle after one year
Selection Criteria :
# Pre-placement talk.
# Written test (comprising of aptitude and Trigonometry) for a duration of 45min.
# Qualified students will attend a technical interview and HR round.
