Job Summary:
Candidate should have done BE/BTech/MBA/CA/MA/PGDM/MSW/Diploma/Any Graduates with minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate of all the Semesters/Years.
Management Trainee(Technical):
The candidate should be BE/BTech(Aeronautical/CSE/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Metallurgy/Production) graduates from any recognized universities/Institutions with a minimum of 60% in both the degrees(General/OBC) and minimum of 50% for SC/ST candidates.
The candidates who completed AMIE courses by Institute of Engineers (India).
The candidate should be BE(Aeronautical) graduates with minimum aggregate 60% marks (for General/OBC) and 50% marks (for SC/ST).
The candidates who possess AMAeSI course from the Aeronautical Society of India, Grad IIIE(Production) from Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai/AMIIM(Metallurgy) from the Indian Institute of Metals, Kolkata.
Management Trainee (Integrated Materials Management):
The candidate should be BE/BTech(Electrical/Mechanical/Production), graduates from any recognized universities with a minimum of 60% in both the degrees(General/OBC) and minimum of 50% for SC/ST candidates.
AMIE courses by Institute of Engineers (India).
The candidates who completed Grad IIIE(Production) from the Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai can also apply.
Management Trainee (Finance):
The candidates who completed CA/ICWA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India can apply for this post.
Management Trainee (Human Resources):
The candidates should be Diploma/MSW/MA/MBA(HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations) from any recognized university with a minimum of 60% in both the degrees(General/OBC) and minimum of 50% for SC/ST candidates.
Management Trainee (Marketing):
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology (4 years Full Time course after 10+2) in the Branches of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical & Production, with 2 years Full Time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Marketing Management from Institutes/Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the Country.
Candidates who possessMBA qualification with dual specialization with one being Marketing are eligible.
AMIE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical & Production Engineering by Institute of Engineers (India) or Grad IIIE course from Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering,Mumbai under Production discipline with 2 years Full Time Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in Marketing Management from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the Country.
Management Trainee (Civil):
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology in Civil (4 years Full Time Course after 10 +2), from Institutes/Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the Country.
General/OBC candidates should have secured a minimum of 65% Marks and SC/ST/PWD candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% Marks in the aggregate of all the Semesters/Years or corresponding CGPA Ratings/Graduations in their Engineering Degree Examinations.
Management Trainee (Architecture):
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (5 years Full Time Course after 10 +2), from Institutes/Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the Country.
General/OBC candidates should have secured a minimum of 65% Marks and SC/ST/PWD candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% Marks in the aggregate of all the Semesters/Years or corresponding CGPA Ratings/Graduations in their Architecture Degree Examinations.
Management Trainee (Legal):
Bachelor of Law (5 years integrated Full Time course after 10 + 2) or Bachelor's Degree (Full Time) with Bachelor of Law (Full Time) (3 + 3 years after 10 + 2), from Institutes/Universities, recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the country.
General/OBC candidates should have secured a minimum of 60% Marks in both Bachelor's Degree and 3 years Bachelor of Law or a minimum of 60% Marks in Bachelor of Law (5 years Integrated Law course), in the aggregate of all the Semesters/Years or corresponding CGPA Ratings/Gradations.
SC/ST/PWD candidates should have secured a minimum of 50% Marks in both Bachelor's Degree and 3 years Bachelor of Law or a minimum of 50% Marks in Bachelor of Law (5 years Integrated Law course), in the aggregate of all the Semesters/Years or corresponding CGPA Ratings/Gradations.
JOB PROCESS:
Eligible candidates should have to appear for an Objective Type Competitive Online Test.
Selected candidates should sign Service Agreement Bond to serve HAL for a period of 5 years (excluding the training period).
