1. Strong exposure in gaming domain(design & development): Causal, Online, Mobile/Console based, Casino games..etc
2. Strong C++, C#, C, Javascript programming skills, OOPs concepts, Data structures, Design patterns, XML, SQL Lite.
3. Team management ( min 35 members).
4. Client interactions and Requirement gathering exposure.
5. Exposure on case tools: Perforce, Starteam, TFS, Jira
6. Quality processes knowledge.
7. Embedded Gaming domain knowledge.
8. Knowledge on Direct X.
9. Knowledge on Scripting languages, RDBMS, enterprise architecture.
10. Testing knowledge.
