• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Source candidates from Job portals .
• Scrutinizing, screening and short listing resumes based on specific
• criteria, skills, platforms, qualifications and relevant experience.
• Understanding the Client requirements.
• Screening / scheduling interviews for right candidates with the client
• Keeping a systematic record of the candidates who had attended the interview.
• Negotiating the rates/salary Package with the candidates.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions, closing the positions.
• Should have managed end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.

• Superior business knowledge; understands financials and business model dynamics.
• Responsible for inbound and out bound calls.
• Coordinate with trainers and trainees to conducting the training classes.
• Responsible for existed clients.
• Should get new clients.
