Candidates should possess B.E./B Tech/M Tech in Computer Science
Knowledge of Java and J2EE
Knowledge of App servers and Web servers like JBoss, Tomcat
Knowledge of Java code profiling tools and performance tuning
Hands-on experience in coding in any object oriented programming language
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good knowledge of data structures and low level design
Basic database query skills
Exposure to various stages of software development lifecycle, such as requirements analysis, design, development, testing and deployment
Good communication skills
Should be a good team player
