*He must know the local language of the territory.
*He can be from non-retail background also but should have made the
distributors or added to the network extension, retail background will be
added advantage.
*He shall be ready with 20 days on field, hunting for the new
franchisees.
*Must be a go getter & target oriented.
*He must have on field experience minimum of 2 years.
