Maintain the KPI as per process targets.
Skills Required :
Experience in Voice/Email/Back office support services preferably in the telecom industry for over 6 months
Written and spoken fluency in business English
Experience working in a B2C environment
Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
Technologically capable – able to quickly learn customer service software applications
Strong problem-solving skills
