Manager, Sourcing Employees who implement the organization’s sourcing
values added strategy by improving the organization’s sourcing
management process and supply channels to ensure maximum the sourcing
saving. These activities may include: sourcing planning; standards in
the sourcing process and procedure determination; goods and services
specifications development; supplier research, evaluation and selection;
value analysis; bidding process and negotiation; supply contract
administration; supplier quality management. 10P – Expert Applies in
depth disciplinary knowledge. Contributes to the development of new
techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Evaluates complex
situations using multiple sources of information filters, validates and
interprets dynamic material. Applies developed project management
techniques.
