This  position is  responsible for the designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging of SailPoint programs, including, but not limited to, software tools, operating system and application programming interfaces, graphical user interfaces, and cross platform communication. Roles & Responsibilities Uses professional concepts in accordance with company objectives to solve complex problems Develops resolutions to  problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and that require frequent use of creativity    Exercises judgment within broadly defined policies and practices in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results                                    Skills: Mandatory requirements: 1-3 Years of programming experience Strong in Core Java Good knowledge of web application development using Servlets, JSP, Struts Good Understanding of REST and SOAP based Web Services Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly. Ability to interact with the end user.   Advantages – proven knowledge and experience in the following subjects: Knowledge of Identity Management. Nice To Have: Experience working on troubleshooting customer problems Experience working with EJB's and other Advanced Java features Web Applications hosted on different Application Servers Development tools like ant, maven Special Qualifications: Should have university degree in computer sciences or equivalent degree with relevant experience. Should have good human communication skills including stressful situations with customers. Should be able to take responsibility on Software deliveries in time and in good quality. Should have good diagnostic skills. Should be prepared to participate from time to time in conference calls with any worldwide SailPoint office or directly with customer during the customer's normal working hours. Should be able to work under pressure for extended periods. Should be able to adjust working schedule when necessary to communicate and work with Sailpoint offices in US.
