Principal Skills:

Any Graduate with technical orientation.
Demonstrated proficiency in English excellent communication and writing skills.
Technologically capable
candidates from Gurgaon and Dwarka location can be considered.
Must be able to work on flexible schedule.
Should have experience in technical Voice Support with domestic customer in an BPO / call center.

Roles to be performed:
1. Handling customers queries from across the globe via voice and web support.
2. Providing Pre-Sales and Post sales support for the range of software products and services offered by stellar.
3. Upselling of products and services to existing customers.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education:

UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization
PG – Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate – Doctorate Not Required
