Strong knowledge of engineering design concepts, engineering materials (Sheet Metal, Plastics & Foams) and behaviors.
Good knowledge of sheet metal, plastic & foam manufacturing processes.
Good experience in GD&T & PLM.
Customer co-ordination for technical discussion.

· Be responsible for undertaking the design of new electrical, mechanical and plumbing installation in accordance with the rules and regulations of it respectively.

· Oversee and manage the design, installation, construction and operation of the following :
Electrical cables and wiring, Facility electrical utility equipment and distribution lines, Lighting / switches, All types of HVAC systems and ventilation ducts, Gas bank and Commercial Kitchen ventilations, Generators and power distribution / breaker panels / ups, Electrical distribution systems, Motors / pumps / cables / wiring and all other electrical systems, Voice and data cabling, CCTV and AV equipments, Lift and Machine rooms, Water supply systems, Sewerage systems, Fire suppression systems, Water Treatment Plants, Rainwater Harvesting

· Responsible for testing, sampling, inspecting, certifying and reporting in accordance with electrical and mechanical standards

· Manage a team of Electrical and Plumbers to ensure all work is installed to the highest standards in accordance with the applicable electrical, mechanical and plumbing standards.

· Manage the procurement process for all electrical, mechanical and plumbing materials and tools required. Responsible for the inspection, maintenance and security of all tools, equipment and personal protective clothing and shall be responsible for conducting inventory of the same.

· Maintain drawings and documentation for all existing and new components of the electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.

· Develops, establishes, recommends and enforces safety practices applicable to electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems. Maintain current knowledge of first aid and other lifesaving techniques.

· Ensure construction works are completed to the agreed project works schedule and budget.

· Undertake Quality Control inspection of all electrical, mechanical and plumbing construction works.

· Prepare regular progress reports.

· Maintain accurate records of completed construction works.

· Perform other duties as required by the Construction Project Manager.
