- Counseling the walk-ins on the courses of the institute.
- Converting the enquires into registrations.
- Taking up the initiative of cold calling when required.
- Maintenance of DSR, Counselor report, training report and batch files.
- Maximize Trainee Enrollments and Admissions through effective Counseling and Customer Dealing.
- To ensure adherence of all procedures for an effective and smooth enrollment and admission.
- Work on activities to recruit candidates , generate Enquires
