Job Description:
- Attend incoming warm calls and follow up tasks
- Updating clients details using CRM
- Delivering exceptional customer service and achieving monthly KPIs.
Desired Skills:
- Outstanding verbal and written English skills
- Inbound/ Outbound Calling experience.
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to build rapport with a wide customer base
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Ideally you will have worked in solid Sales background from call center environment. Successful candidate must have strong passion to provide solution and hunger for sales. Clear understanding of building rapport and relationship with clients is essential.
