- Attend maximum no. of customer with minimum waiting and handling time as per the queries, requests or complaints.
- Ensure maximum FCR's
- Ensure 100% I Care tagging of all customers.
- Ensure minimum no. of I Care discards.
- Proper co-ordination with internal customers.
- Maintain good relations within team and Cross Functional
- Update Self & Team about latest product & process
