Job Description

  • Taking customer calls, logging tickets for the technical issues faced by customer in IBM server or IBM Software.
  • The calls would be logged and technical remote help would be provided to them with later onsite help via vendors engineer or client engineer.
  • You need to log calls checking if the customer is entitle to get support from client or not.

Annual CTC : Rs.60000 – Rs.1,80,000

Shift timing: 24*7 8. Work location: Bangalore

Transport – Self as no cabs available
