• Manage contractual SLA's and report on a monthly basis to the stakeholder (Internal & External).
• Ensure all Regulatory reports are complied, which is defined for engagement and provide to the stakeholders (Internal & External) on weekly / monthly base.
• Skillfully manage and coordinate all day-to-day operational, people and project management activities.
• Develop, implement, document, and ensure adherence to processes, procedures and operational improvements
