Complaint follow-up with the concern team.

Solving Technical Issues on phone.

Resolving issues over phone.

Troubleshooting the Network.

Resolving the Customer related issue like Slow Speed and Issues and Unable login.

Co-ordination with internal and external customers.

Co-ordinating with Team Leaders and Project Manager.

Training will be provided.
